Tote & Bin Labels
We offer a number of options for Tote and Bin Labels, where small areas of shelving or racking tend to hold a high number of locations.
There are several material types to consider when designing a tote and bin labelling system:
Paper Tote and Bin Labels
Paper is a budget option and ideal if the label is temporary. Paper bin labels are generally used by customers who identify bins and totes that are made from limited life span materials such as card.
Polyester Tote and Bin Labels
Polyester labels are more durable than paper and are favoured by parts storage facilities where plastic bins and totes are used to store small components /items. This polyester option is suitable when labels are likely to remain in-situ for long periods of time without being tampered with, without being washed and when they won’t be damaged by conveyor systems.
Plastic Tote and Bin Labels
Hard wearing plastic labels with high strength adhesive provide resilience in tough environments. We design and produce the plastic labels in-house.
All material options come with the following design options:
- Alpha/numeric eye readable locations
- Barcodes
- Check digits
- Arrows
- Colour coding
- QR codes
- Logos
